Just graduated from engineering college, I was a bit anxious concerning Day-One at workplace. Few minutes through the induction program, the ease that we were put at was a welcome change to all the stories I had heard of joining a company. The simplicity and sense of belonging that were instilled in that session have stayed tranquil to this day.
